First of all , let me start by saying THANK YOU very much for the amazing work you did in our kitchen. You see, when we first started this process of renovating our kitchen, we pictured what our kitchen would look like once done and had an idea of what we could get for our budget.
Let me say you and your crew EXCEEDED every expectation to the point of amazment. Your subcontractors were professional, neat, friendly and respectful of our home. Most of all their craftsmanship was impecable. Right down to the smallest detail.
You and Dino did an amazing job in recommending solutions to our kitchen needs and for that we are very greatful. We have worked with many contractors and you surpassed them all by a mile. You were straightforward, open and honest from the start of planning stage. You made excellent recommendations and we trusted your ideas and now we finally have our dream kitchen.
Thank you so very much for all your time and most of all for your courteous and professional manner in which you presented your plan and fulfilled all the requirements of our contract and even beyond.
We will definalty be calling on your services when we renovate our master ensuite in the next year or so. Please feel free to use our pics and even as reference to any new clients. We would be more that willing to recommend your services.

We appreciated your suggestions through the planning process. Your ability to compose ideas and suggest where clashes may be seen and your insight to the different products, textures and colours was invaluable.
John’s craftsmanship while doing the renovation was astounding. His attention to detail was a comfort to us both. He was diligent, a gentleman, a hard worker and had our interests at heart.
The renovation was not without it’s problems. The toilet bowl and seat did not match and the granite countertop was flawed and had to changed twice.
The finish on the custom built cabinets had to be touched up after the coutnertop was changed out and the wall had to be repainted.
Your attention to the problems included negotiations with the product manufacturing company, sales and quality assurance people which lead to a production investigation and also your staff’s help brought this renovation to a very successful conclusion.
